MANAGER – COST CONTROL (CIVIL CONSTRUCTION)
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in cost control/post-tender functions
-
Strong knowledge of EVM, CVR, and profitability management
-
Proficiency in FIDIC/JCT/MOW contract conditions
-
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
-
CRPEP registration mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Lead and supervise the Quantity Surveying (QS) team
-
Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and ensure cost efficiency
-
Review valuations, variations, and payment certifications
-
Prepare periodic cost reports and forecasts
FINANCE CONTROLLER
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s in Commerce/Accounting (CFA or ACCA preferred)
-
5+ years’ experience in finance, ideally in construction or contracting
-
Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls & ERP systems
-
Excellent analytical and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control systems
-
Support CFO in developing financial policies and systems
-
Manage banking relationships and optimize financial costs
-
Prepare MIS, board reports, and ensure compliance with IFRS/IAS standards
-
Oversee audits, forecasts, and month/year-end closings

خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مراقبة التكاليف ووظائف ما بعد العطاء.
-
معرفة قوية بنظام EVM، CVR، وإدارة الربحية.
-
إجادة شروط عقود FIDIC/JCT/MOW.
-
مهارات تحليلية وتفاوض ممتازة.
-
تسجيل CRPEP إلزامي.
المسؤوليات:
-
قيادة والإشراف على فريق المساحة الكمية (QS).

متابعة الميزانيات، تحليل الفروقات، وضمان كفاءة التكاليف.

مراجعة التقييمات، التعديلات، وشهادات الدفع.
-
إعداد تقارير التكاليف الدورية والتوقعات المستقبلية.
مراقب مالي (Finance Controller)
المتطلبات:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة/المحاسبة (يفضل CFA أو ACCA).

خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في المالية، ويفضل في مجال البناء أو المقاولات.
-
معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS والضوابط الداخلية وأنظمة ERP.
-
مهارات تحليلية وتواصل ممتازة.
المسؤوليات:
-
قيادة إعداد التقارير المالية والميزانيات وأنظمة الرقابة الداخلية.
-
دعم المدير المالي في تطوير السياسات والنظم المالية.
-
إدارة العلاقات المصرفية وتحسين التكاليف المالية.
-
إعداد تقارير إدارة المعلومات (MIS)، وتقارير مجلس الإدارة، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير IFRS/IAS.
-
الإشراف على عمليات التدقيق، التوقعات، وإغلاق الحسابات الشهري/السنوي.
