Accountant – Automobile Showroom, Bahrain

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with automobile background to manage the financial operations of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)

• Prepare and verify daily sales reports and reconcile showroom cash/credit transactions

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management

• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits

• Maintain inventory records and cost tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3–4 years of accounting experience (retail/automobile showroom experience preferred)

• Proficiency in accounting software

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

مطلوب محاسب ذو خبرة في قطاع السيارات – البحرين

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الحفاظ على دفاتر الحسابات بدقة (المبيعات، المشتريات، المصروفات، إلخ)

• إعداد والتحقق من تقارير المبيعات اليومية ومطابقة معاملات النقد/الائتمان في المعرض

• التعامل مع الحسابات المدينة والدائنة، بما في ذلك دفع الموردين وفوترة العملاء

• إعداد البيانات والتقارير المالية الشهرية للإدارة

• التنسيق مع المدققين لإجراء التدقيق السنوي

• الحفاظ على سجلات المخزون وتتبع التكاليف

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة 3–4 سنوات في المحاسبة (يفضل في قطاع البيع بالتجزئة أو صالات عرض السيارات)

• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة

• اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
