Location: Bahrain

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to lead and oversee the accounting department across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building financial structures, streamlining reporting systems, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the accounting operations for multiple entities

• Develop and implement financial structures and internal controls

• Prepare and present financial reports directly to the CFO and CEO

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies

• Lead and mentor the accounting team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting

• Proven leadership in managing multi-business financial operations

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Bahrain’s financial regulations

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

التقارير إلى: المدير المالي (CFO) والرئيس التنفيذي (CEO)

الوصف الوظيفي:

نبحث عن مدير حسابات أول يتمتع بخبرة استراتيجية وعملية عالية لقيادة والإشراف على قسم المحاسبة عبر عدة وحدات عمل. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن بناء الهياكل المالية، وتطوير أنظمة التقارير، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحلية والدولية.

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة والإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية لعدة كيانات تجارية

• تطوير وتنفيذ الهياكل المالية وأنظمة الرقابة الداخلية

• إعداد وتقديم التقارير المالية مباشرة إلى المدير المالي والرئيس التنفيذي

• ضمان إغلاق الحسابات الشهرية والسنوية في الوقت المحدد وبدقة

• التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والجهات التنظيمية

• قيادة وتوجيه فريق المحاسبة

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة المتقدمة

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات المالية لعدة شركات

• معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS ولوائح البحرين المالية

• مهارات تواصل وتحليل ممتازة
