Field Operator II

About the Job – Scope:

• Perform all tasks assigned, in a safe and responsible manner within the operating procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor all process equipment and related maintenance activities as required.

• Monitor operational parameters in the field and routine logging of the same; identify and resolve abnormalities.

• Shut down and start up the respective systems as required.

• Interact with Control Room Operator regarding operational parameters of the area during regular operations, start-ups, and shut-downs.

• Take direction from control room operator as per status of plant conditions and keep plant under stable conditions for optimum production.

• Top up oil and cooling systems, monitor on-line chemical injection systems, and collect samples as required.

• Perform/support daily, monthly, and quarterly checks and front line maintenance as required.

• Prepare equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, decontaminating, and other procedures as required.

• Follow the regular daily, weekly, monthly, and annual checks based on the pre-planned schedules.

Field Operator II

About the Job – Job Summary:

• Responsible for executing shutdowns, startups, and daily operations per established procedures and monitoring plant parameters to report abnormalities. Additional duties include performing plant patrols, maintaining logs, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols such as the PTW system and QHSE programs.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform shutdowns and startup operations as per the guidelines set by procedures and supervisors.

• Pressurize & de-pressurize equipment and pipelines as requested/required.

• Monitor plant parameters, report abnormalities, and inform the control room operator if any corrective action is necessary.

• Respond appropriately to plant emergencies according to ERP procedures.

• Patrol the plant area periodically during each shift to visually inspect all equipment.

• Review the pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges of all equipment and report abnormalities to the control room.

• Take gauge readings, analyze, and troubleshoot as necessary.

• Ensure daily operations log is maintained and provide accurate verbal handovers to the on-coming shift members.

• Identify potential hazards, take immediate corrective action where possible, and report occurrences to the control room.

• أخذ قراءات المقاييس، تحليلها، واستكشاف الأعطال عند الحاجة.

• الحفاظ على سجل العمليات اليومي وتقديم تسليم دقيق شفهياً للورديات القادمة.

• تحديد المخاطر المحتملة، اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية عند الإمكان، والإبلاغ عن الحوادث إلى غرفة التحكم.
