Job Summary:

The HSE Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality occupational health, safety, and environmental training programs in line with international standards and TÜV SÜD Academy guidelines. The role ensures effective transfer of knowledge, professional training delivery, continuous content improvement, and adherence to organizational values and compliance standards.

Your Tasks:

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions in classroom, virtual, or blended formats across a wide range of HSE topics.

• Deliver training in accordance with TÜV SÜD Academy standards, ensuring professional facilitation and learner engagement.

• Adapt training delivery to meet client-specific needs and industry requirements.

• Utilize interactive and creative learning methods such as case studies, group activities, and simulations to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.

• Ensure all sessions are conducted with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and learner satisfaction.

2. Course Development and Improvement

• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and supporting documents to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

• Customize existing programs based on client requirements, emerging industry trends, and regulatory updates.

• Collaborate with the instructional design and operations team to maintain consistent quality across all training programs.

3. Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Collect and review participant feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of training delivery and materials.

• Participate in internal reviews and professional development programs to ensure up-to-date knowledge of standards and best practices.

المهام:

1. تنفيذ التدريب

• تقديم جلسات تدريبية بقيادة المدرب في القاعات الدراسية أو عبر الإنترنت أو بأسلوب مدمج في مجموعة متنوعة من مواضيع الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

• تنفيذ التدريب وفقًا لمعايير أكاديمية TÜV SÜD مع ضمان التفاعل المهني ومشاركة المتدربين.

• تكييف أساليب التدريب لتلبية احتياجات العملاء ومتطلبات الصناعة.

• استخدام أساليب تعلم تفاعلية وإبداعية مثل دراسات الحالة والأنشطة الجماعية والمحاكاة لتعزيز المشاركة وتحقيق نتائج فعّالة.

• ضمان تنفيذ جميع الجلسات بمعايير عالية من السلامة والاحترافية ورضا المتدربين.

2. تطوير وتحسين الدورات

• إعداد وتحديث المواد التدريبية وخطط الدروس والوثائق الداعمة لضمان دقة المحتوى وملاءمته.

• تخصيص البرامج التدريبية بناءً على متطلبات العملاء والتوجهات الحديثة في الصناعة والتحديثات التنظيمية.

• التعاون مع فرق التصميم التعليمي والتشغيل لضمان جودة موحدة عبر جميع البرامج التدريبية.

3. الجودة والتحسين المستمر

• جمع ومراجعة ملاحظات المتدربين لتحديد مجالات التطوير والتحسين.

• المساهمة في تعزيز جودة التدريب ومواد المحتوى بشكل مستمر.

• المشاركة في المراجعات الداخلية وبرامج التطوير المهني لضمان مواكبة أحدث المعايير والممارسات المثلى.
