Duties and responsibility:

Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the company

Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation

Manage the store layout

Supervise other staff members and keep a record of sales

Receive, upload and shelf all supplies

Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling and pricing goods

Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage

Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement

Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities

Coordinate and handle freight and movement of equipment

Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store

Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month

Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase

Generate a material received report (MRR) timely

Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method

Accountant

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions

Prepare budget forecasts

Publish financial statements in time

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

Audit financial transactions and documents

Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Chef Profile & Experience:

Expert in artisan patisserie, with strong skills in pastry, chocolate work, and cake production.

Must have experience in managing the baked section, the chocolate section

Open to any nationality, but preference for candidates who have worked in GCC countries, especially Kuwait, to ensure familiarity with local tastes and preferences.

الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومرتبة وآمنة وفقًا للوائح الحكومية

إدارة تخطيط المتجر

الإشراف على أعضاء الفريق الآخرين والاحتفاظ بسجل المبيعات

استلام وتحميل وتخزين جميع الإمدادات

أداء واجبات متعلقة بالمخزون مثل الإرجاع والتعبئة والتصنيف وتسعير البضائع

فحص التسليمات بحثًا عن أي تناقض أو تلف

الإبلاغ عن المخزونات التالفة لحفظ السجلات واسترداد الأموال

تدوير المخزون والتخلص من الكميات الفائضة ومنتهية الصلاحية

تنسيق ومعالجة الشحن ونقل المعدات
