Job Content:
We are currently seeking a Repair Service Engineer to drive the growth of after-sales repair and overhauling services for Fives’ installed base by identifying opportunities, developing sales offers, and supporting business development initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, managing sales order intake, and generating sustainable repair and overhauling service revenue in line with the company’s regional business and operational strategy.
Automation Technician
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely manner in compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Perform the administration, configuration, maintenance, programming, and qualification of assigned equipment, machinery, equipment control systems, process control systems, and historical data systems as per established SOPs.

Conduct repairs and maintenance on PTMs and related equipment as per contractual or customer requirements and specifications.

Carry out corrective maintenance, assist peers in fault diagnosis, and repair equipment during breakdown situations to ensure machines and equipment are in good working condition.

Provide on-site support to customers when required to ensure all equipment and tooling conform to relevant standards and regulatory requirements.

Ensure the technical integrity and performance of electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems at all times.

Understand automation safety requirements and ensure all maintenance works and systems operate in line with company and customer safety standards.

Use knowledge of automation processes to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and process errors and recommend solutions by applying a variety of techniques and procedures.

Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational performance and minimize planned and unplanned maintenance.

Gather, record, analyze, and summarize data in various formats and prepare reports of work performed as per company and customer reporting requirements.

Ensure maintenance and work records are fully updated with all additions or modifications recorded and support report preparation as required.

Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations, including HSEQ requirements, using company policies and procedures as appropriate.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تنفيذ جدول الصيانة الوقائية المخطط (PPM) وضمان إتمام جميع أعمال الصيانة في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.

تنفيذ أعمال الإدارة والتهيئة والبرمجة والصيانة لأنظمة التحكم في المعدات والعمليات الصناعية وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs).

إجراء أعمال الإصلاح والصيانة على المعدات والأدوات حسب متطلبات العقود أو العملاء.

تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية ومساعدة الزملاء في تشخيص الأعطال وإصلاحها لضمان كفاءة المعدات.

تقديم الدعم الفني في مواقع العملاء عند الحاجة لضمان مطابقة جميع المعدات والمعايير لمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة.

الحفاظ على التكامل الفني وأداء الأنظمة الكهربائية وأجهزة القياس والتحكم والأتمتة في جميع الأوقات.

فهم متطلبات السلامة في أنظمة الأتمتة وضمان الالتزام بها أثناء جميع أعمال الصيانة.

استخدام المعرفة بعمليات الأتمتة لتشخيص الأعطال وحل المشكلات وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة باستخدام تقنيات وإجراءات متنوعة.

مراقبة أداء المعدات والآلات لضمان كفاءتها التشغيلية وتقليل أعمال الصيانة المخططة وغير المخططة.

جمع وتحليل وتوثيق البيانات المتعلقة بأعمال الصيانة وإعداد التقارير وفق متطلبات الشركة أو العملاء.
