Estimator – Civil Infrastructure Projects (Bahrain)

A reputed construction company in Bahrain is urgently seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects and tender department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.)

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines

• Work closely with project managers, planning, and procurement teams

• Maintain updated cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation (preferably in Bahrain/GCC)

• Proven experience in Bahrain Tender Board processes and government tenders

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (Candy / CCS preferred)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
