Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests and orders; maintain plants and the shop.
Assist in events such as weddings, parties, and on-site decorations.
Provide excellent customer service, understand floral design needs, and assist with custom arrangements.
Manage showroom display, window design, and product replacements.
Create fresh and artificial flower arrangements and artificial plants as per customer requirements.
Prepare job costing, quotations, procure supplies and materials, prepare daily statements, and manage inventory.
Plan corporate events, private functions, public relations; promote company services, drive sales, and enhance corporate image.
Identify and contact new customers, meet cost targets, develop sales strategies, and prepare sales plans.
Customize floral designs for individual, corporate, exhibition-scale events, and special projects.
Maintain teamwork, attention to detail, quality control, flower shop systems, and daily order creation.
Confer with clients regarding price, type of arrangements, delivery details, and wrap and price completed arrangements.
Water plants, cut, condition, and clean flowers and foliage for storage; select and combine flora for new creations.
Assist in production of artificial trees, plants arrangements, and after-sales service.
Help load and unload trees and plants for delivery.
Assist in cleaning and maintenance of trees and plants at the factory and on site.
Arrange flower and plant displays in commercial buildings, homes, offices in Bahrain and other territories, including high elevation balconies with scaffolding.
Make outdoor and indoor sales calls to potential clients to secure business.
Maintain cleanliness of working and delivery sites as needed.
Prevent materials from leaving premises without proper documentation and manager approval.
Carry out additional activities assigned by the manager within the job scope.
Maintain good behavior, observe company rules and regulations, uphold proper appearance, and fulfill duties with honesty and integrity while keeping company secrets.
Build decorative trees, natural and artificial green walls, and landscaping.

سقي النباتات، قص وتنظيف الزهور والأوراق لاستخدامها في التخزين، اختيار النباتات المناسبة للترتيبات.
المساعدة في إنتاج الأشجار والنباتات الصناعية وخدمة ما بعد البيع.
المساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ الأشجار والنباتات وتوصيلها إلى الموقع.
المساعدة في تنظيف وصيانة الأشجار والنباتات في المصنع والمواقع الخارجية.
ترتيب عروض النباتات والزهور في المباني التجارية والمنازل والمكاتب داخل البحرين وخارجها، ويتضمن العمل على شرفات مرتفعة باستخدام السقالات.
إجراء زيارات ميدانية للعملاء المحتملين داخل البحرين وخارجها لتأمين أعمال للشركة.
المحافظة على نظافة أماكن العمل ومواقع التوصيل حسب الحاجة.
منع خروج المواد من المنشأة بدون مستندات رسمية وموافقة المدير.
تنفيذ المهام الموكلة من المدير ضمن نطاق العمل.
الالتزام بالسلوك الجيد وقوانين وأنظمة الشركة، والحفاظ على المظهر اللائق، وأداء الواجبات بأمانة وسرية تامة.
بناء الأشجار الزخرفية، والجدران الخضراء الطبيعية والصناعية، وتصميم المساحات الخارجية.
