We Are Hiring – Civil Project Engineer (Bahrain)

About the Role:

Our organization is expanding, and we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Engineer to manage and oversee multiple construction projects, including high-rise towers and villa developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet plans and budgets

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites

• Develop and track detailed project schedules

• Control and monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing risks proactively

• Lead and supervise site teams and labor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality practices

• Conduct site inspections for compliance with quality and safety standards

• Manage change orders and deviations from plans

• Maintain accurate reports, logs, progress tracking, and meeting minutes

• Supervise procurement of materials and equipment to prevent delays

• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

• Experience with Grade A or B contracting companies

• Proven expertise in high-rise buildings, villas, and multi-site project handling

• Ability to manage large workforces (300+ employees)

• Strong knowledge of technical, financial, and administrative aspects of construction

• Leadership skills with a decisive problem-solving approach

• Capability to set up and manage new departments or operational units

• Valid driver’s license required

• Background in construction contracting only (consulting experience not applicable)

📌 وظيفة مهندس مشروع مدني – البحرين

الوصف الوظيفي:

شركة مقاولات في طور التوسع تبحث عن مهندس مشروع مدني بخبرة قوية لإدارة والإشراف على مشاريع إنشائية متعددة تشمل الأبراج السكنية والفيلات.

سيكون مسؤولًا عن التنفيذ، الالتزام بالمخططات والمواصفات، وضمان الالتزام بالميزانية والجداول الزمنية ومعايير السلامة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.

• إدارة العمليات اليومية في مواقع متعددة.

• إعداد وتحديث جداول المشاريع ومتابعتها.

• مراقبة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية ومعالجة المخاطر المحتملة.

• قيادة فرق العمل وضمان تطبيق الجودة والسلامة.

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية للتأكد من الالتزام بالمعايير.

• متابعة أوامر التغيير والانحرافات.

• الإشراف على المشتريات لضمان توفر المواد والمعدات في الوقت المناسب.

• إعداد التقارير اليومية ومحاضر الاجتماعات.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات.

• خبرة من 6 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال المقاولات.

• خبرة في الأبراج السكنية والفيلات وإدارة مشاريع متعددة.

• خبرة في شركات مقاولات من الدرجة A أو B.

• القدرة على إدارة فرق عمل كبيرة (300+ موظف).

• رخصة قيادة سارية.

• الأفضلية لذوي الخبرة في المقاولات فقط (وليس الاستشارات).
