Immigration Consultant

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Immigration Consultant to join our on-site team in Manama. You will act as the bridge between client dreams and destination countries — offering consultations, explaining program eligibility, and supporting through the entire visa process.

You'll also be expected to:

Follow up on leads from digital and walk-in sources

Handle blue-collar and skilled migration queries

Use CRM tools for tracking client engagement

Coordinate with legal/documentation teams in India/UAE

Provide support in Hindi, English (and Malayalam/Arabic is a plus)

 Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations via in-person, phone, and WhatsApp

Identify appropriate visa programs and assess client eligibility

Manage client files and documentation preparation

Liaise with external lawyers and global partners where needed

Provide program updates, manage expectations, and ensure transparency

Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets

Who We're Looking For

1+ year experience in immigration, visa consulting, or related customer service role

Knowledge of Canada PR, Australia migration, European work permits, etc.

Confident communicator with Hindi language fluency (spoken English mandatory)

Familiarity with immigration CRMs or lead management tools

Positive attitude, result-driven, and team-oriented

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Diploma with experience also considered

Existing Bahrain visa or dependent visa preferred

نبحث عن مستشار هجرة متحمس ومركّز على خدمة عملائنا للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المنامة. ستكون بمثابة حلقة الوصل بين أحلام عملائنا ودول المقصد، حيث ستقدم لهم الاستشارات، وتشرح لهم شروط البرنامج، وتدعمهم طوال عملية الحصول على التأشيرة.

ومن المتوقع منك أيضًا أن:

متابعة العملاء المحتملين من المصادر الرقمية والمباشرة

التعامل مع استفسارات الهجرة للعمال ذوي الياقات الزرقاء والعمالة الماهرة

استخدم أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء لتتبع تفاعل العملاء

التنسيق مع الفرق القانونية/التوثيقية في الهند/الإمارات العربية المتحدة

تقديم الدعم باللغتين الهندية والإنجليزية (واللغة المالايالامية/العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية)

خبرة لا تقل عن عام واحد في مجال الهجرة أو استشارات التأشيرات أو دور خدمة العملاء ذي الصلة

معرفة العلاقات العامة في كندا، والهجرة إلى أستراليا، وتصاريح العمل الأوروبية، وما إلى ذلك.

متواصل واثق يجيد اللغة الهندية (التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية إلزامي)

المعرفة بأدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء أو إدارة العملاء المحتملين

موقف إيجابي، موجه نحو النتائج، وموجه نحو الفريق

يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس؛ كما يُؤخذ بعين الاعتبار الحصول على دبلوم مع خبرة
