Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell maintenance services for firefighting and fire alarm systems.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals to clients.

Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.

Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure service delivery.

Provide after-sales support and handle client queries professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Valid Bahrain driving license and own car (company provides fuel allowance).

Proven experience in sales is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good knowledge of firefighting and fire alarm systems is a plus.

SALES ENGNEER

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire protection sector.

Meet potential clients, conduct site surveys, and understand technical requirements.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.

Present and explain proposals to clients, consultants, and contractors.

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

Coordinate with the design and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling.

Keep up to date with local regulations and standards related to fire protection systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or equivalent).

Good understanding of firefighting, fire alarm, and related safety systems.

Fire Alarm System Technician

Addressable and conventional fire alarm panels

Smoke and heat detectors

Manual call points (MCPs)

Sounders, strobes, and other field devices

Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems as part of preventive maintenance schedules.

Troubleshoot and repair faults or malfunctions in fire alarm systems.

Respond to emergency service calls and rectify issues in a timely manner.

Perform loop testing, programming, and device configuration for new and existing systems.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, repairs, and replacements.

Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with NFPA, civil defense standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Coordinate with safety officers, civil defense authorities, and other technicians as needed.
