Sales Staff In-Store For Watches, Jewelry & Accessories & Perfumes (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

 Support the store teams in the daily activities of store management, up-keep, stock maintenance, visual merchandising display and customer support.

On-going learning knowledge of new products and systems and ability to train fellow peers

Directly participate in the sales process from engaging with customers to advising on suitable products whilst guiding customers through on-going special offers

Build knowledge on key product and brand categories with the expectation to develop the ability to up-sell and cross-sell to customers

Liaise with central store teams and e-commerce teams across the company to convert sales leads.

Support in-store stock tracking and store upkeep. Liaise between the store, central warehouse and e-ecommerce team and head office in the stock transfer in-bound or out-bound, documentation and upkeep maintenance

Share regular documented and experience reporting with management team of sales performance, customer feedback and competitor study.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

This role is open to candidates who have completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality or associated topics and also to school leavers.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and Tagalog is a plus.

Minimum 3 years prior work experience is required related to in-store sales or merchandising

Experience in sales of watches with knowledge of basic strap and link adjustments is an advantage.

Experience selling products of international brands is an advantage.

Strong team player with a proven ability to work independently and deliver results.

Fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks. Basic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).

موظفو مبيعات في المتجر للساعات والمجوهرات والإكسسوارات والعطور (دوام كامل)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

 دعم فرق المتجر في الأنشطة اليومية لإدارة المتجر والصيانة وصيانة المخزون وعرض البضائع المرئية ودعم العملاء.

التعلم المستمر لمعرفة المنتجات والأنظمة الجديدة والقدرة على تدريب الزملاء

المشاركة بشكل مباشر في عملية البيع من التواصل مع العملاء إلى تقديم المشورة بشأن المنتجات المناسبة أثناء توجيه العملاء من خلال العروض الخاصة المستمرة

بناء المعرفة حول فئات المنتجات والعلامات التجارية الرئيسية مع توقع تطوير القدرة على زيادة المبيعات والبيع المتبادل للعملاء

التواصل مع فرق المتجر المركزي وفرق التجارة الإلكترونية في جميع أنحاء الشركة لتحويل عملاء المبيعات.

دعم تتبع المخزون داخل المتجر وصيانته. التواصل بين المتجر والمستودع المركزي وفريق التجارة الإلكترونية والمكتب الرئيسي في عمليات نقل المخزون داخليًا وخارجيًا، والتوثيق، والصيانة الدورية.

مشاركة التقارير الدورية الموثقة والخبرة مع فريق الإدارة حول أداء المبيعات وردود أفعال العملاء ودراسة المنافسين.

الخبرات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

هذا الدور مفتوح للمرشحين الذين أكملوا درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الأعمال أو الضيافة أو الموضوعات ذات الصلة وكذلك لخريجي المدارس.

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة اللغتين العربية والتاغالوغية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

يشترط خبرة عمل سابقة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات فيما يتعلق بالمبيعات داخل المتجر أو الترويج

تعتبر الخبرة في مبيعات الساعات مع معرفة التعديلات الأساسية للحزام والوصلات ميزة إضافية.

تعتبر الخبرة في بيع منتجات العلامات التجارية العالمية ميزة إضافية.

لاعب فريق قوي لديه القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق النتائج.

متعلم سريع، يتمتع بنهج استباقي في إنجاز المهام. لديه معرفة أساسية وخبرة في استخدام تطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وورد، إكسل).
