Marketing/Sales Executive Job in Bahrain

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, contracting, and other sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and project managers.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales services.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of construction materials/building products.

• Must have a valid Bahrain driving license and be willing to travel across the country.

• Strong network and connections within construction/companies/other industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

الوصف الوظيفي:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحديد وتطوير فرص أعمال جديدة في قطاع البناء والمقاولات والقطاعات الأخرى

• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المقاولين، المهندسين المعماريين، ومديري المشاريع

• إجراء بحوث سوقية لتحديد العملاء المحتملين واتجاهات الصناعة

• إعداد وتقديم عروض ومقترحات مبيعات فعالة

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والمساهمة في نمو الإيرادات

• إدارة استفسارات العملاء والمتابعات وخدمات ما بعد البيع

• ضمان جمع المدفوعات في الوقت المناسب من العملاء

المتطلبات:

• خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في التسويق والمبيعات لمواد البناء ومنتجاتها

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية والاستعداد للسفر داخل البلاد

• شبكة علاقات قوية في قطاع البناء أو الشركات أو الصناعات الأخرى

• مهارات تواصل، تفاوض، وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق الأهداف

• إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office وبرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) تعتبر ميزة
