Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in the steel fabrication industry and fit-out works? We urgently need a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Bahrain!
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation
Conduct detailed analysis of project plans to prepare precise cost estimates
Develop unit rates for construction activities using historical data and market insights
Implement contingency planning to account for unforeseen costs
Material and Labor Requirements
Perform comprehensive material takeoffs from project drawings
Accurately assess labor requirements based on project scope
Plan resources effectively for each project phase
Drawings Preparation
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate and complete drawings
Prepare cost plans that align with design specifications
Manage revisions to drawings and estimates as project scopes evolve
Quotation Follow-Up
Analyze and compare submitted quotations from suppliers and contractors
Seek clarifications on discrepancies to ensure accuracy
Negotiate terms and prices for the best deals
Procurement of Materials
Identify and evaluate local suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness
Engage with international suppliers when necessary
Coordinate logistics for material delivery, ensuring compliance with quality standards
Job Details:
Location: Bahrain
Salary: BD 300 monthly (Negotiable based on experience)
Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
Holidays: As per Bahrain labor law
Requirements:
Experience: Must have experience in the steel fabrication industry and fit-out works
Immediate Local Transfer: Must be available for urgent hiring and currently residing in Bahrain
Location Preference: Adliya, Gudaibiya, Umalhassam, or Segaya (for easy transport)

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator for Steel Fabrication or Building Finishing Works
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets
Manage financial and contractual aspects of projects
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor pricing
Prepare interim/final payment applications
Track progress and forecast costs
Perform cost control and risk management
Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders
Manage variations and procurement
Ensure legal and quality compliance
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related
Experience: Minimum 5 years in building finishing or steel fabrication
Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Strong analytical and communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

حضور الاجتماعات الميدانية والتنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية.
دعم عمليات الشراء وإدارة التغييرات.

المتطلبات:
المؤهل: بكالوريوس في هندسة مدنية أو إدارة كميات أو تخصص مشابه
الخبرة: 5 سنوات على الأقل في التشطيبات أو الحديد
المهارات:
إتقان Excel و Word

الانتباه للتفاصيل وحل المشكلات

هل أنت محترف دقيق ولديك خبرة في مجال تصنيع الحديد وأعمال التشطيبات الداخلية؟ نحن بحاجة عاجلة إلى مسّاح كميات للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي في البحرين.
المهام الرئيسية:
تقدير التكاليف: تحليل دقيق لمخططات المشروع لإعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف، تطوير أسعار للوحدات بناءً على البيانات السابقة ومعرفة السوق، ووضع خطط احتياطية تحسبًا للتكاليف غير المتوقعة.
المواد ومتطلبات العمالة: إجراء حصر شامل للمواد من الرسومات الهندسية، تقدير دقيق لاحتياجات العمالة حسب نطاق العمل، وتخطيط الموارد لكل مرحلة من المشروع.
إعداد الرسومات: التعاون مع المهندسين والمعماريين لضمان دقة الرسومات، إعداد خطط تكاليف متوافقة مع المواصفات، وإدارة التعديلات على الرسومات والتقديرات حسب تغيرات نطاق العمل.
متابعة عروض الأسعار: تحليل ومقارنة عروض الموردين والمقاولين، طلب توضيحات لأي تناقضات لضمان الدقة، والتفاوض للحصول على أفضل الشروط والأسعار.
شراء المواد: تقييم الموردين المحليين من حيث الجودة والتكلفة، التواصل مع موردين عالميين عند الحاجة، وتنسيق عمليات التوصيل وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
