Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman/Top Sealer to lead the wood finishing and painting team in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing the finishing process, ensuring high-quality finishes, and leading a team of workers. Candidates must have strong experience in wood finishing and painting, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee wood finishing and painting processes, ensuring quality and attention to detail

• Lead and guide a team, providing training as needed

• Mix and match colors, apply finishes evenly, handle spray guns and painting tools

• Ensure compliance with safety practices and material handling procedures

• Collaborate with other departments for smooth project execution

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:

• Diploma or 12th pass

• 7-8 years experience in wood finishing and painting, including 2 years in supervisory or foreman role

• Strong knowledge of wood finishing techniques such as sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, polishing

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Familiarity with factory safety and material handling procedures

• GCC experience required

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

يبحث عميلنا عن مشرف تشطيب وفني طلاء نهائي ذو خبرة لقيادة فريق التشطيب والدهان الخشبي في البحرين. سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عملية التشطيب، وضمان جودة النتائج، وقيادة فريق العمال. إذا كنت تمتلك خبرة قوية في التشطيب والدهان الخشبي، ومهارات قيادة ممتازة، والالتزام بتقديم نتائج عالية الجودة، فنحن نرحب بك.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• الإشراف على عملية التشطيب والدهان الخشبي، وضمان جودة عالية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل

• قيادة فريق العمل، وتقديم التوجيه والتدريب حسب الحاجة

• مزج الألوان وتطبيق الطلاء بشكل متساوٍ، واستخدام مسدسات الرش وأدوات الطلاء الأخرى

• ضمان الالتزام بممارسات السلامة في المصنع وإجراءات التعامل مع المواد

• التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعمل المنجز والمواد المستخدمة

المتطلبات:

• شهادة دبلوم أو شهادة الثانوية العامة

• خبرة من 7 إلى 8 سنوات في التشطيب والدهان الخشبي، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور إشرافي أو مشرف

• معرفة قوية بتقنيات التشطيب المختلفة مثل الطبقات الساترة، PU، NC، الميلامين، الصبغ والتلميع

• مهارات قيادية وتواصل ممتازة

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق

• إلمام بممارسات السلامة في المصنع وإجراءات التعامل مع المواد

• خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مطلوبة
