🔹 Rope Access Supervisor cum Technician
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rope Access Supervisor cum Technician to join our team for high-rise and industrial maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on rope access experience and the ability to lead small teams while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Perform rope access tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs
Supervise Level 1 and 2 technicians during site operations
Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment
Assist with rigging systems and anchor point setup
Maintain daily logs and inspection reports
Coordinate with site managers and clients
Participate in rescue drills and emergency response
Requirements:
IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 certification
2–3 years of experience in rope access (cleaning, maintenance, inspection)
Strong knowledge of rope access safety procedures
Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Good communication skills in English
Valid driver’s license preferred

نبحث عن فني ومشرف وصول بالحبال يتمتع بالخبرة والالتزام بالسلامة للعمل على مشاريع صيانة المباني المرتفعة والمنشآت الصناعية.
المهام الوظيفية:
تنفيذ مهام التنظيف، التفتيش، والإصلاحات البسيطة على الواجهات والمنشآت باستخدام تقنيات الحبال
الإشراف على الفنيين من المستوى الأول والثاني أثناء العمليات
إجراء لقاءات السلامة وضمان الاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات الوقاية
المساعدة في تركيب أنظمة التثبيت ونقاط الربط
إعداد تقارير العمل اليومية والتقارير التفتيشية
التنسيق مع مدراء المواقع والعملاء لضمان سير العمل
المشاركة في تدريبات الإنقاذ وخطط الطوارئ
المتطلبات:
شهادة IRATA المستوى الثاني أو الثالث
خبرة 2–3 سنوات في مجال الوصول بالحبال في التنظيف أو الصيانة أو التفتيش
فهم قوي لمعايير وإجراءات السلامة
القدرة على قيادة وتوجيه الفنيين الأقل خبرة
لياقة بدنية مناسبة للعمل في المرتفعات
مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية
يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة سارية
