Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new BMS sales opportunities across commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

Achieve sales targets by promoting tailored BMS solutions to key stakeholders.

Build lasting relationships with consultants, contractors and end-users to foster sustained growth.

Conduct market research to track trends and customer demands in the BMS landscape.

Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.

Support BMS design and specification, including control strategies and network architecture.

Review project documentation to ensure technical and regulatory alignment.

Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and client follow-up.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Electrical Drafting Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Create accurate, detailed technical plans for electrical systems using computer-aided design programs to convert specifications and design information from engineers into schematics and blueprints.

- Collect, study and combine rough sketches and initial design ideas from engineers into coherent technical drafts for further study and review by project managers

- Prepare comprehensive wiring diagrams for electrical equipment, power substations and residential and commercial buildings according to project objectives, design information and engineering specifications

- Check that final technical drafts include all relevant information in an easy-to-read format, and verify that calculations, measurements and units are accurate based on initial design information from engineers

- Review technical drafts as needed according to verbal or written instructions from project managers, engineering team and clients

- Participate in design process by supporting engineers and designers, contributing ideas and information and creating rough sketches and diagrams of electrical wiring and systems on the fly

Commissioning Technician

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the commissioning of HVAC systems, including installation, start-up, and troubleshooting under the guidance of the Lead Technician.

- Conduct routine system inspections to identify and diagnose issues or malfunctions.

- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.

- Record and document system performance data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company protocols.

- Support in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems, including refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and heat pumps.

- Read and interpret technical documents such as piping diagrams, electrical schematics, and fluid flow diagrams.

Senior Technician-Chiller

Requirements:

Technical certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in chiller maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems related to chillers.

Experience with a variety of chiller types, including air-cooled and water-cooled systems.

Familiarity with HVAC control systems, automation, and building management systems (BMS).
