• القدرة على شرح مواصفات المنتجات للعملاء بوضوح وبساطة

• الإلمام بالعلامات التجارية الشهيرة والفروق بينها

2. مهارات خدمة العملاء:

• التعامل بأدب وترحيب مع العملاء

• مهارات الاستماع لفهم احتياجات العملاء

• الصبر عند التعامل مع العملاء ذوي المعرفة التقنية المحدودة

• القدرة على الإقناع واقتراح البدائل

3. مهارات المبيعات:

• عرض ميزات وفوائد المنتج قبل مناقشة السعر
