WE'RE HIRING – PRODUCTION ENGINEER
📍 Location: Bahrain, Sakhir | Full-time
Are you driven by precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement in manufacturing? We’re looking for a Production Engineer to optimize our assembly operations and support high-performance production in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Monitor KPIs and generate production and quality reports using ERP systems.
-
Optimize assembly processes and layouts to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
-
Plan manpower and allocate resources to meet production targets and minimize fatigue.
-
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
-
Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment functionality and troubleshooting.
-
Train and supervise staff to uphold quality and efficiency standards.
-
Maintain QC procedures and ensure compliance with R&D specifications for racing and production.
-
Support R&D with testing, certification samples, and issue reporting.
WHO YOU ARE:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from a reputable university.
-
3–5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in automotive or industrial manufacturing.

Skilled in project management, quality control, and lean manufacturing tools.
-
Experienced with ERP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
-
Strong communicator in both written and spoken English.

هل أنت شغوف بالدقة والكفاءة والتحسين المستمر في عمليات التصنيع؟ نحن نبحث عن مهندس إنتاج لتحسين عمليات التجميع ودعم الإنتاج عالي الأداء في بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة الوتيرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:

مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs): إعداد تقارير الإنتاج والجودة باستخدام أنظمة ERP.
-
تحسين العمليات: تحسين عمليات التجميع وتصميم المخططات لزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل الهدر.
-
تخطيط الموارد: توزيع القوى العاملة والموارد لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج وتقليل الإرهاق.
-
تحليل جذور المشاكل: إجراء التحقيقات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لمشاكل العمليات.
-
تنسيق الصيانة: العمل مع فرق الصيانة لضمان كفاءة المعدات وحل الأعطال.
-
تدريب ومتابعة الموظفين: الحفاظ على معايير الجودة والكفاءة.
-
الالتزام بإجراءات مراقبة الجودة (QC): التأكد من الالتزام بمواصفات البحث والتطوير للإنتاج والسباقات.
-
دعم البحث والتطوير (R&D): المساعدة في الاختبارات، عينات الاعتماد، والإبلاغ عن المشكلات.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها من جامعة مرموقة.
-
خبرة 3–5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل في صناعة السيارات أو التصنيع الصناعي.
-
مهارات في إدارة المشاريع، مراقبة الجودة، وأدوات التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing).
-
خبرة في أنظمة ERP وأدوات تقارير التصنيع.
-
مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثةً.
