Director of Valuations

 Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Deep understanding of real estate valuation.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.

Commercial acumen and financial literacy.

High-level presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proactive, innovative, and able to manage change effectively.

Customer-centric with the ability to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.

MRICS (Chartered Valuation Surveyor) qualification is essential.

Minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience in commercial real estate valuations.

Demonstrated success in leading and growing a valuations business unit. 

Strong knowledge of the GCC property markets and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Proficient in valuation and financial modelling software (e.g., Argus, Excel, GIS tools).

Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

قدرات قوية في التفكير التحليلي والاستراتيجي.

علاقات ممتازة مع العملاء وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.

الفطنة التجارية والمعرفة المالية.

مهارات عالية في العرض والتفاوض والتواصل.

استباقي، ومبتكر، وقادر على إدارة التغيير بشكل فعال.

التركيز على العملاء مع القدرة على تقديم حلول مدفوعة بالقيمة.

المؤهلات والخبرة

درجة جامعية في العقارات أو المالية أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة.

تعتبر مؤهلات MRICS (مساح التقييم المعتمد) ضرورية.

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد التخرج في تقييم العقارات التجارية.

أثبت نجاحه في قيادة وتنمية وحدة أعمال التقييم. 

- معرفة قوية بأسواق العقارات في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والأطر القانونية والتنظيمية ذات الصلة.

- إتقان برامج التقييم والنمذجة المالية (على سبيل المثال، Argus، Excel، أدوات GIS).

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
