Planning Engineer 

 What you will be doing 

Monitor the site and engineering activities based on the approved construction schedule.

Review and action the construction schedules and recommend areas for improvements. 

Ensure that long lead materials are submitted, procured and delivered on time.

Develop presentations and reports.

Analyze and approve extension of time and claims.

Actively highlight any potential delays.

Communicate with all trades and provide efficient feedback.

Examine the recovery plans.

Initiate and reply to formal letters.

 Required Experience 

Minimum of 12 years overall experience in development or construction projects including multi-storey residential buildings having worked with engineering consultancy or construction industry in the Middle East and other locations.

 Education 

Minimum qualification of degree in an Engineering related field. A postgraduate degree of the same and/or registration as member from recognized professional body is advantageous.

مهندس تخطيط 

 ماذا سوف تفعل 

مراقبة الموقع والأنشطة الهندسية بناءً على جدول البناء المعتمد.

مراجعة جداول البناء وتنفيذها والتوصية بالمجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين. 

تأكد من إرسال المواد طويلة الأمد وشرائها وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.

تطوير العروض التقديمية والتقارير.

تحليل وإقرار تمديد الوقت والمطالبات.

تسليط الضوء بشكل نشط على أي تأخيرات محتملة.

التواصل مع كافة المهن وتقديم ردود فعل فعالة.

فحص خطط التعافي.

البدء في إرسال الرسائل الرسمية والرد عليها.

 الخبرة المطلوبة 

- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مشاريع التطوير أو البناء بما في ذلك المباني السكنية متعددة الطوابق بعد العمل مع الاستشارات الهندسية أو صناعة البناء في الشرق الأوسط ومواقع أخرى.

 تعليم 

يشترط الحصول على شهادة جامعية في مجال ذي صلة بالهندسة. يُفضّل الحصول على شهادة دراسات عليا في نفس المجال، أو التسجيل كعضو في هيئة مهنية معترف بها.
