Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman responsible for preparing technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed plans based on project specifications and design requirements. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with standards, and coordination with engineers, architects, and site teams to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and shop drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software

• Convert design concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings

• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements

• Maintain a document control system for drawings and revisions

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve drawing discrepancies

• Update drawings based on site changes, as-built conditions, and consultant/client feedback

• Assist in preparation of material take-offs and quantity estimations from drawings

• Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedule

• Support the project team with technical documentation as required

Qualifications & Skills:

شركة Discovery Real Estate Development Co. W.L.L تبحث عن رسام هندسي ماهر ودقيق لإعداد الرسومات الفنية، رسومات الورشة، والخطط التفصيلية وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات التصميم. الدور يضمن الدقة، الامتثال للمعايير، والتنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين وفرق الموقع لضمان سير المشاريع بسلاسة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد رسومات ثنائية الأبعاد، تخطيطات، ورسومات ورشة باستخدام AutoCAD أو برامج الرسم ذات الصلة

• تحويل المفاهيم، الرسومات التخطيطية، والمواصفات إلى رسومات دقيقة

• التأكد من أن الرسومات مطابقة لمعايير المشروع، الأكواد، ومتطلبات العميل

• إدارة نظام تحكم بالوثائق للرسومات والتعديلات

• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين وفرق الموقع لحل أي اختلافات في الرسومات
