Use diagnostic tools (e.g., megger, multimeter, clamp meter)
Identify and rectify faults before final handover
Interpret electrical layouts and single-line diagrams
Ensure compliance with local safety standards and regulations
Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC teams, and other technical staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair kitchen equipment such as:• Pressure fryers• Open deep-fat fryers• Sandwich grills• Flat-top grills• Chest freezers and chillers
Diagnose and fix issues related to basic electrical systems and plumbing
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
Coordinate with operations team to minimize equipment downtime
Requirements:
4–6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
Basic understanding of electrical circuits and plumbing systems
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs

تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والسباكة الأساسية وإصلاحها.
تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والإصلاحات الطارئة.
التنسيق مع فريق العمليات لتقليل وقت تعطل المعدات.
المتطلبات:
خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في نفس المجال.
معرفة تقنية قوية بمعدات المطابخ التجارية.
فهم أساسي للدوائر الكهربائية وأنظمة السباكة.
القدرة على حل المشكلات والعمل بشكل مستقل.
الاستعداد للعمل في أوقات مرنة والاستجابة للنداءات الطارئة.

مطلوب كهربائي
نبحث عن كهربائي ماهر وموثوق للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يجب أن يمتلك المتقدم معرفة تقنية قوية بأنظمة الكهرباء، ومهارات ممتازة في استكشاف الأعطال، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
تركيب وضبط GI ترنك، وكوندوتس، وتراي حسب المخططات.
تنفيذ تنظيم داخلي احترافي للوحات التوزيع مع تسمية الأسلاك بشكل واضح.
تنفيذ توصيل الكابلات للوحات التوزيع والمعدات.
إجراء اختبارات التشغيل والفحص النهائي.
استخدام أدوات القياس (ميجر، مالتي ميتر، كلّامب ميتر).
اكتشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها خلال الفحص المبدئي والتسليم النهائي.
قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية والرسومات الفنية.
التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجهات المختصة.
التنسيق مع المهندسين وفريق الجودة والفرق الفنية الأخرى.
