Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities: bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.

Measure and record vital signs (e.g. temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).

Support nurses in basic wound care, hygiene procedures, and medication rounds (non-administrative).

Assist with patient positioning, turning, and transportation within the facility.

Keep patient rooms and clinical areas clean, safe, and well-stocked.

Maintain accurate patient care records and update relevant forms.

Provide emotional support and build positive rapport with patients and their families.

Report any concerns about a patient’s condition to the nurse-in-charge immediately.

Speech Language Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients for speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

Use evidence-based therapies and techniques to improve communication and swallowing functions.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, dietitians, occupational and physical therapists) to ensure integrated care.
