Junior Planning Engineer – Construction Division

A leading Real Estate Developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain seeks to employ a Junior Planning Engineer.

Job Description:

• Assist in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling software

• Prepare the WBS based on the construction drawings

• Set work program and target milestones for each project phase

• Prepare and submit updated work programs, actual progress reports, and identify areas of weakness with methods for recovery

• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Prepare progress reports and presentations

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of tasks

• Analyze project data to identify trends and potential issues

• Assist in resource allocation and leveling

• Develop detailed baseline schedules, identifying critical path activities and float time

Qualifications & Experience:

1️⃣ مسؤول السلامة – الالتزام بالقوانين المحلية

• التأكد من التزام المصنع بقانون العمل البحريني (المرسوم بقانون رقم 36 لسنة 2012) واللوائح الأخرى الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

• متابعة التحديثات الخاصة بمعايير السلامة المهنية في البحرين.

2️⃣ تقييم المخاطر:

• تحديد المخاطر المحتملة (كيميائية، ميكانيكية، كهربائية، إلخ).

• إجراء تقييمات دورية للمخاطر واقتراح تدابير وقائية.

3️⃣ التفتيش والتدقيق:

• إجراء فحوصات دورية للآلات والمعدات ومكان العمل.

• التأكد من أن معدات مكافحة الحرائق (طفايات، إنذارات) صالحة ومحدثة.

4️⃣ الإبلاغ والتحقيق في الحوادث:

• توثيق والتحقيق في الحوادث والإصابات والحالات القريبة من الوقوع.

• اقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية لمنع تكرارها.

5️⃣ التدريب والتوعية:

• تنظيم جلسات تدريبية للموظفين (تمارين الإخلاء، استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية، الإسعافات الأولية).

• تعزيز ثقافة السلامة بين جميع العاملين.

6️⃣ تطبيق سياسات السلامة:

• التأكد من ارتداء العمال لمعدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE).

• تطبيق الإجراءات التأديبية في حال عدم الالتزام بالسلامة.

7️⃣ الاستعداد للطوارئ:

• إعداد وتنفيذ خطط الطوارئ (حرائق، انسكابات كيميائية، إخلاء).

8️⃣ التوثيق والتقارير:
