Space Styling Consultant
Description:
Determine initial goals and requirements for the Architectural Space Planner.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, painters, and builders to understand how interior spaces should function, appear, and be furnished.
Analyze movement and use patterns of the space.
Consult with clients to select materials, furnishings, and décor.
Use design applications to prepare and illustrate final plans.
Determine timelines and project costs, presenting accurate estimates to clients.
Order or obtain necessary materials while adhering to project and budget specifications.
Oversee installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
Ensure client satisfaction by visiting the project upon completion, resolving any concerns.
Maintain current knowledge of trends, materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
Strong visual design skills, including proportion and aesthetics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Knowledge and experience with the latest design software.
Basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field required.
At least 3-4 years of related experience required.

We are looking for a draftsman specialized in furniture design with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience. The candidate must have a transferable visa and a valid driving license.

Sales Engineer – Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression
We are searching for an experienced, highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in commercial construction bidding/estimation for fire alarm systems.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred) in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling maintenance & service contracts for fire and security products (Fire Alarm, Sprinklers, Gas Suppression, Central Battery, etc.) within the GCC market
GCC driving license is a must
Relevant certifications such as Protec and Siemens are a plus
Proficient in MS Excel/Word
Strong understanding of architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings/plans
Strong knowledge of fire alarm and fire suppression systems

يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة في تنفيذ المواقع / المشاريع.
مطلوب مهندس مبيعات – أنظمة إنذار وإطفاء الحريق
المتطلبات:
المؤهل: بكالوريوس (يفضل في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة)
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيع عقود الصيانة والخدمات الخاصة بمنتجات الحريق والأمن (إنذار الحريق، الرشاشات، أنظمة الإطفاء بالغاز، البطاريات المركزية، إلخ) في سوق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
رخصة قيادة سارية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (شرط أساسي).
شهادات ذات صلة مثل Protec وSiemens تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
إجادة استخدام برامج MS Excel وWord.
فهم قوي للمخططات المعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية.
معرفة قوية بأنظمة إنذار وإطفاء الحريق.
مطلوب – مستشار تصميم المساحات (Space Styling Consultant)
المهام:
تحديد الأهداف والمتطلبات المبدئية لتخطيط المساحات المعمارية.
التعاون مع المعماريين والمهندسين والدهانين والبنّائين لفهم كيفية عمل المساحة وتصميمها وتأثيثها.
تحليل حركة واستخدام المساحة.
التشاور مع العملاء لاختيار المواد والأثاث والديكور.
استخدام برامج التصميم لإعداد المخططات النهائية.
تحديد الجداول الزمنية وتكاليف المشروع وتقديم تقديرات دقيقة للعملاء.
طلب المواد اللازمة ضمن ميزانية المشروع.
الإشراف على تركيب الأثاث والمواد وعناصر التصميم الأخرى.
ضمان رضا العميل بعد اكتمال المشروع ومعالجة أي ملاحظات.
متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والمواد والتقنيات في التصميم الداخلي.
القيام بمهام أخرى ذات صلة عند الحاجة.
المتطلبات:
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات حل المشكلات والتنظيم.
حس فني وقدرة على تنسيق المساحات بشكل جمالي.
مهارات تصميم بصري قوية تشمل النسب والجماليات.
مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.
إجادة حزمة Microsoft Office أو برامج مشابهة.
معرفة وخبرة في أحدث برامج التصميم.
فهم أساسي لقوانين البناء ولوائح التفتيش المرتبطة بالتصميم الداخلي.
بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3-4 سنوات في المجال.
