Your Tasks:

To implement and maintain the Quality Assurance annual audit program.

To assist the Director of Quality & Compliance ME in maintaining the audit program, thereby ensuring that DHL Aviation implements a Quality System that is in accordance with BCAA and IOSA requirements.

Maintain the Continuing Surveillance Program, provide technical and advisory support to the Technical, Ground Operations and Flight Operations Departments.

Collect, compile, and analyze evidence and generate reports detailing recommendations for action by departments or organizations audited.

Review the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Programs.

Liaise with vendors, Ground Handling Agents and Civil Aviation Authorities with respect to facilitation of inspections/audits.

To conduct systematic and periodic evaluations of the Network’s compliance with internal DHL Safety, Quality and Security Standards as well as external ones set by various Regulatory Authorities.

Coordinate with auditees to effectively plan and execute the conduct of the approved audit plan, ensuring the Director of Quality & Compliance ME is notified of any non-conformity raised either during audits, or during scheduled & unscheduled tasks.

Quality Control Center Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE:

Perform real-time shipment monitoring and management via AQCC, Apply analytical expertise to identify potential service incidents and failures in order to initiate real time response, best corrective actions and minimize service impact.

Apply established diagnostic processes and analytical expertise to identify root causes and work with the local Operation, Performance and Network to resolve the roadblocks,

Catalogue and review service failure cases with Hub Operations, Performance, to identify re-occurring issues.

Ensure all stakeholders are updated in regards to service incidents and crisis events

Identify process issues and make recommendations aligned with Global SOP for service improvements

Facility Engineer

YOUR TASKS:

To keep and maintain Vanderlande Auto Sorting system, keeping the equipment fully maintained and available to the Hub operations staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To monitor the proper working condition of the Hub support systems, in particular the working condition of the Closed-circuit TV system/Access control, X-ray machines, the Air- conditioning system, Manual transport vehicle, Fire detection system, Lifts, Door shutters and Weighing Scales.

To maintain all facility’s regularly and schedule preventative maintenance accordingly with the minimum disruption to the operations.

To conduct daily inspections and checks of all equipment’s and repair as necessary.

To prepare, report and log all actions taken on a day-to-day activity.

Ensure all facility and equipment’s in good working condition and to attend all callouts as needed.

Ensure that DHL's service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times.

للحفاظ على نظام فرز السيارات Vanderlande وصيانته، والحفاظ على صيانة المعدات بالكامل وإتاحتها لموظفي عمليات المركز على مدار 24 ساعة في اليوم، سبعة أيام في الأسبوع.

لمراقبة حالة العمل المناسبة لأنظمة دعم المحور، وخاصة حالة عمل نظام التلفزيون ذو الدائرة المغلقة/التحكم في الوصول، وأجهزة الأشعة السينية، ونظام تكييف الهواء، ومركبة النقل اليدوية، ونظام الكشف عن الحرائق، والمصاعد، ومصاريع الأبواب، وموازين الوزن.

صيانة جميع المرافق بشكل منتظم وجدولة الصيانة الوقائية وفقًا لذلك مع الحد الأدنى من التعطيل للعمليات.

إجراء عمليات تفتيش وفحص يومية لجميع المعدات وإصلاحها حسب الضرورة.

إعداد التقارير وتسجيل جميع الإجراءات المتخذة في نشاط يومي.
