ALUMINIUM ESTIMATOR

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & Cost Analysis:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for aluminium projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and timelines.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to determine key cost factors and potential risks.

Utilize industry-specific software to perform takeoffs, cost calculations, and generate technical narratives.

Develop and submit competitive bids, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements.

Procurement & Supplier Coordination:

Collaborate with procurement teams to obtain competitive pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Review and negotiate contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

Conduct value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Project Cost Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor and track project costs throughout the execution phase, identifying deviations and recommending cost-control measures.

Maintain accurate cost databases, historical data, and bench-marking records for future reference.

Support dispute resolution and claims management with cost impact assessments and documentation.

Collaboration & Compliance:

Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate cost assessments.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting project costs.

Ensure compliance with relevant measurement standards, codes of practice, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the aluminium industry.

Professional knowledge on Aluminium International system such as HUECK, TECHNAL, REYNAERS, SCHUCO, etc.

Proficiency in industry-specific estimating software, CAD, and engineering drawing tools.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience with procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

إعداد تقديرات دقيقة ومفصلة للتكاليف الخاصة بمشاريع الألمنيوم، بما في ذلك المواد والعمالة والمعدات والجداول الزمنية.

تحليل مواصفات المشروع والرسومات ونطاق العمل لتحديد عوامل التكلفة الرئيسية والمخاطر المحتملة.

استخدم برامج خاصة بالصناعة لإجراء عمليات الإقلاع وحساب التكاليف وإنشاء السرد الفني.

إعداد وتقديم العطاءات التنافسية، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والعقد.

تنسيق المشتريات والموردين:

التعاون مع فرق المشتريات للحصول على أسعار تنافسية للمواد والمعدات وخدمات المقاولين من الباطن.

مراقبة وتتبع تكاليف المشروع طوال مرحلة التنفيذ، وتحديد الانحرافات والتوصية بتدابير ضبط التكاليف.

الحفاظ على قواعد بيانات التكلفة الدقيقة والبيانات التاريخية وسجلات المقارنة للرجوع إليها في المستقبل.

دعم حل النزاعات وإدارة المطالبات من خلال تقييمات تأثير التكلفة والتوثيق.

التعاون والامتثال:

العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات والهندسة وإدارة المشاريع لضمان تقييمات دقيقة للتكاليف.

ابق على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة وظروف السوق والتغييرات التنظيمية التي تؤثر على تكاليف المشروع.

ضمان الامتثال لمعايير القياس ذات الصلة، وقواعد الممارسة، واللوائح الصناعية.

المؤهلات والخبرة

درجة البكالوريوس في مسح الكميات، أو إدارة البناء، أو الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمقدر أو مساح كميات في صناعة الألمنيوم.

المعرفة المهنية في نظام الألمنيوم الدولي مثل HUECK، TECHNAL، REYNAERS، SCHUCO، إلخ.

الكفاءة في استخدام برامج تقدير التكاليف الخاصة بالصناعة، وبرامج التصميم بمساعدة الكمبيوتر (CAD)، وأدوات الرسم الهندسي.

مهارات قوية في التحليل والرياضيات وحل المشكلات مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

خبرة في عمليات الشراء ومفاوضات العقود وإدارة الموردين.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على التعاون بشكل فعال مع أصحاب المصلحة.
