 Accountant (Paints Manufacturing)

 Job Description:

Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes

Prepare and implement accounting manuals with controls and procedures

Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions

Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost control

Oversee inventory accounting and perform periodic physical asset verification

Monitor bank balances and coordinate with banks on documentation

Manage L/C and foreign exchange transactions

Ensure timely booking of purchases, expenses, and payments

Prepare and submit accurate financial reports

Liaise with auditors and manage company insurance coverage

Provide updated product pricing to sales department

Manage accounts receivables and follow up on overdue accounts

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)

Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience, preferrably with focus on cost accounting in a manufacturing company

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

 المسمى الوظيفي:

الحفاظ على أنظمة وعمليات المحاسبة وتحسينها

إعداد وتنفيذ أدلة المحاسبة مع الضوابط والإجراءات

ضمان التسجيل الدقيق لجميع المعاملات المالية

إجراء تحليل التكاليف وتقديم توصيات للسيطرة على التكاليف

الإشراف على محاسبة المخزون وإجراء التحقق الدوري من الأصول المادية

مراقبة أرصدة البنوك والتنسيق مع البنوك بشأن الوثائق

إدارة خطابات الاعتماد ومعاملات الصرف الأجنبي

ضمان الحجز في الوقت المناسب للمشتريات والنفقات والمدفوعات

إعداد وتقديم التقارير المالية الدقيقة
