Key Responsibilities

1. Inspections & Compliance:

   • Conduct quality inspections to identify defects or deviations.
   • Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to established standards.

2. Auditing & Reporting:

   • Perform audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.
   • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and records.

3. Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

   • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
   • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.

4. Continuous Improvement:
