Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of storekeepers to ensure accurate and efficient stock handling.
- Manage inventory using ERP software, ensuring all records for goods received, issued, and stored are up-to-date.
- Maintain and update inventory data in ERP and MS Excel for accurate reporting and stock tracking.
- Conduct regular stock audits to align inventory levels with company requirements.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper storage practices.
- Train and guide team members on store procedures and ERP usage.
- Generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and supply chain issues using MS Office tools.
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments for material flow.
- Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring all actions are recorded in the system.
Qualifications and Requirements

- تنسيق إعادة تعبئة المخزون وضمان توفر المواد في الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة وممارسات التخزين الصحيحة.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق على إجراءات المخزن واستخدام برنامج ERP.
- إعداد تقارير عن مستويات المخزون والفروقات والمشكلات المتعلقة بسلسلة التوريد باستخدام أدوات MS Office.
