Vacant Positions:

Service & Commissioning Engineer

 Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronic or instrumentation engineering, with proven experience in servicing and maintaining instrumentation products.

Preferred: Bahraini Nationals

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent technical qualification in electrical/electronic or instrumentation engineering.
• Experience in the service and maintenance of instrumentation products such as pumps, actuators, flow meters, transmitters, etc.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repairs on-site.
• Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their locations.
• Offer on-site training to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as field applications and customer support/services.

• Develop technical documentation for service.
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
• Handle field service calls and issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer.

Financial Responsibility:

• Responsible for the material and equipment under direct control.

Reporting Channels:

• Technical Manager.

Work Contacts:

• Contact with the Technical Manager, Procurement Division, and other departments for coordination and exchange of information.
• Interaction with clients and suppliers.

Work Conditions/Hazards:

• 80% normal site working conditions.
• 20% normal office working conditions

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة جامعية أو مؤهل تقني معادل في الهندسة الكهربائية / الإلكترونية أو الأجهزة.
• خبرة في خدمة وصيانة منتجات الأجهزة مثل المضخات والمحركات وأجهزة قياس التدفق وأجهزة الإرسال وما إلى ذلك.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (القراءة والكتابة والتحدث).
