The Store Manager will lead the CARTER & WHITE retail store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets. This role includes managing a sales team, maintaining store standards, implementing visual merchandising strategies, overseeing inventory, and driving staff development, all in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Proven sales achievement and team management experience.
  • Expertise in inventory management and retail financials.

• Skills & Abilities:
