Job Description:

• Direct and oversee the team to achieve objectives and targets, ensuring effective management of marketing, property, leasing, customer service, and maintenance.
• Create and present annual plans and budgets, and establish policies and procedures to align with business goals and compliance standards.

Revenue Optimization & Market Growth:

• Explore and develop new opportunities and target potential customers and marketing strategies.
• Identify revenue-generating opportunities and recommend optimal pricing strategies based on market conditions and revenue targets.

Compliance & Branding:

• Review and approve commercial documentation for compliance.
• Oversee promotional events and provide technical input for new development projects.
• Ensure all communication materials and press releases adhere to branding guidelines.

Reporting & Technical Oversight:

• Prepare monthly reports for each project, detailing progress, cost, HSE, quality, and risk.
• Provide technical inputs necessary to screen new development projects and manage change processes.

Qualifications:

• Managerial experience in real estate, property management, and leasing with a proven track record.
• Expertise in strategic planning, budget development, and revenue optimization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential, with Arabic language skills as an advantage.

المسمى الوظيفي:

• توجيه الفريق والإشراف عليه لتحقيق الأهداف والغايات، وضمان الإدارة الفعالة للتسويق والممتلكات والتأجير وخدمة العملاء والصيانة.
• إنشاء وتقديم الخطط والميزانيات السنوية، ووضع السياسات والإجراءات لتتوافق مع أهداف العمل ومعايير الامتثال.

تحسين الإيرادات ونمو السوق:

• استكشاف وتطوير الفرص الجديدة واستهداف العملاء المحتملين واستراتيجيات التسويق.
• تحديد الفرص المدرة للإيرادات والتوصية باستراتيجيات التسعير المثلى بناءً على ظروف السوق وأهداف الإيرادات.
