 OTC BD Manager (Turkish Speaker)

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced OTC Business Development Manager with a background in the cryptocurrency exchange industry in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients, facilitating their entry into the OTC (over-the-counter) cryptocurrency market, and ensuring exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard high net worth individuals and institutional clients for OTC cryptocurrency trading.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential HNWIs and institutions, providing personalized service and support.
• Tailored Solutions: Develop customized trading solutions and strategies to meet the specific needs of HNWIs and institutional clients.

• Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
• Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms for OTC trades and services.
• Compliance: Ensure all OTC transactions comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, working closely with compliance and legal teams.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on client activity, market conditions, and performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including trading, compliance, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

 

Job Requirements:

•  Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in business development or client management within a cryptocurrency exchange or financial institution, with a focus on OTC trading.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Turkish cryptocurrency market, OTC trading mechanisms, and regulatory environment.
• Network: Established network of high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients in Turkey.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to offer tailored solutions and advice.
• Language: Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• نحن نبحث عن مدير تطوير أعمال خارج البورصة يتمتع بخبرة في مجال تداول العملات المشفرة في تركيا. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تطوير وإدارة العلاقات مع الأفراد ذوي الثروات العالية والعملاء المؤسسيين، وتسهيل دخولهم إلى سوق العملات المشفرة خارج البورصة، وضمان خدمة استثنائية وحلول مخصصة.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة :

•  استقطاب العملاء: تحديد الأفراد ذوي الثروات العالية والعملاء المؤسسيين وإشراكهم في تداول العملات المشفرة خارج البورصة.
• إدارة العلاقات: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الأفراد والمؤسسات ذوي الملاءة المالية العالية الحاليين والمحتملين، وتقديم الخدمات والدعم الشخصي.
• الحلول المخصصة: تطوير حلول واستراتيجيات تداول مخصصة لتلبية الاحتياجات المحددة لأصحاب الثروات العالية والعملاء المؤسسيين.

• التقارير: إعداد وتسليم تقارير منتظمة عن نشاط العملاء وظروف السوق ومقاييس الأداء.
• التعاون: العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الداخلية، بما في ذلك فرق التداول والامتثال ودعم العملاء، لضمان تقديم الخدمة بسلاسة.

 

متطلبات الوظيفة:

•  الخبرة: ما لا يقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مجال تطوير الأعمال أو إدارة العملاء داخل بورصة العملات المشفرة أو المؤسسة المالية، مع التركيز على التداول خارج البورصة.
• المعرفة: فهم قوي لسوق العملات المشفرة التركي، وآليات التداول خارج البورصة، والبيئة التنظيمية.
