   Procurement Officer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will develop and implement sub-contractor category strategies while managing logistics, warehousing, and customs activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category strategies for sub-contractors in collaboration with Field Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct research on sub-contracting trends, including workforce supply, pricing, and market investments.
• Manage sub-contracting suppliers’ performance, focusing on Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Relationship.
• Actively manage supplier risk profiles and maintain monthly updated mitigation plans.
• Provide management insights on subcontracting performance for decision-making and reporting purposes.
• Follow departmental policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

NE Sales Engineer

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales operations within a construction or engineering organization.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawing layout plans, architectural, and electrical schematics; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with the Bahrain market is highly desirable.

نظرة عامة على الدور:
نحن نبحث عن موظف مشتريات استباقي ومهتم بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا، ويتبع مباشرة لمدير سلسلة التوريد. سيعمل المرشح الناجح على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات فئة المقاولين من الباطن أثناء إدارة الأنشطة اللوجستية والتخزين والجمارك.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الفئات للمقاولين من الباطن بالتعاون مع العمليات الميدانية والمالية وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
• إجراء البحوث حول اتجاهات المقاولات من الباطن، بما في ذلك إمدادات القوى العاملة، والتسعير، والاستثمارات في السوق.

مهندس مبيعات شمال شرق

المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:

• - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو المبيعات أو ما يعادلها.
• - خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في عمليات المبيعات ضمن مؤسسة إنشاءات أو هندسة.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثا) ويفضل إتقان اللغة العربية.
• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير مخططات الرسم والمخططات المعمارية والكهربائية؛ ومعرفة برنامج AutoCAD تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية، والتوجه نحو الهدف، والدافع الذاتي.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية والأهداف الضيقة.
• مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والعرض والتفاوض باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
• من المرغوب فيه للغاية أن تكون لديك معرفة بسوق البحرين.
