↔Sales Consultant
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, particularly in shopping malls, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in retail or shopping malls, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge or experience in the optical field or luxury brands is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on optical products, luxury goods, and accessories, tailoring recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Ensure the store is organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to offer the best solutions to customers.
- Process transactions, manage customer queries, and handle returns or exchanges as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

- تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- متابعة المعرفة بالمنتجات والاتجاهات السوقية لتقديم أفضل الحلول للعملاء.
- معالجة المعاملات، إدارة استفسارات العملاء، والتعامل مع عمليات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال حسب الحاجة.
المتطلبات:
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).
- طاقة وحوافز قوية، ومظهر احترافي.
- إلمام باستخدام الحاسوب مع معرفة أساسية بالبرامج الخاصة بالتجزئة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
