Store Supervisor (Perfumes & Cosmetics) - Arabic Speaker

Description
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to oversee salespeople, cashiers, and stockers in our perfume and cosmetics store. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and strong Arabic and English speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales staff, cashiers, and shelf stockers.
• Manage finances and prepare budgets.
• Record expenditures, sales, and employee performance.
• Evaluate stock supply and availability.
• Prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitor shelf stocks, product displays, and store appearance.
• Investigate market trends and offer appealing products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a retail store supervisor.
• Extensive experience with budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of product trends and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Competency in retail management software.

الوصف
نبحث عن مشرف متجر للإشراف على موظفي المبيعات، أمناء الصندوق، والعاملين في رفوف العطور ومستحضرات التجميل. يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم خبرة في إدارة المتاجر ومهارات قوية في التحدث بالعربية والإنجليزية.

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على موظفي المبيعات وأمناء الصندوق والعاملين في رفوف المنتجات.
• إدارة الأمور المالية وإعداد الميزانية.
• تسجيل النفقات والمبيعات وأداء الموظفين.
• تقييم توفر المخزون.
• اتخاذ التدابير للحد من الأضرار والسرقة والتلف في المخزون.
• مراقبة المخزون، عرض المنتجات، ومظهر المتجر.
• دراسة الاتجاهات السوقية وتقديم منتجات جذابة.

المتطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة كمشرف متجر في مجال التجزئة.
• خبرة واسعة في إعداد الميزانيات وإعداد التقارير المالية.
• معرفة باتجاهات المنتجات واستراتيجيات التسويق.
• إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
• إلمام ببرامج إدارة التجزئة.
