About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our team in an Incubation Operations role. You will be responsible for incubating early-stage founders and companies, managing the entire incubation program, including all logistics. You will have the chance to connect with founders, investors, and other Web3 participants to enhance the value of the incubation program and support the incubatee founders. This position offers high flexibility regarding location, with ongoing interaction with startup founders and investors.

- Engage with founders and investors continuously.
- Provide support in execution strategies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in early-stage venture investing.
- Experience in incubator operations.
- Strong execution skills.
- Highly flexible with location.
- Proficiency in English is required; Chinese is a plus.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة

- مهارات قوية في التنفيذ.
- مرونة عالية في المكان.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وإجادة اللغة الصينية ميزة إضافية.
