Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition Team: Oversee and manage a high-performing team to meet hiring goals and support business growth.
- Develop Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement a global strategy to attract exceptional talent across all organizational levels.
- Set KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and automation to refine recruitment processes and ensure efficiency.
- Leadership Recruitment: Lead the recruitment for key leadership roles in collaboration with the CEO and executive team.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align talent needs with business goals.
- Diversity Focus: Ensure a highly diverse talent pipeline, attracting candidates from various backgrounds and geographies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in recruitment, with significant experience in technology consulting or services organizations.
- Leadership: 2+ years leading recruiting teams with a successful track record.
- Passion for Leadership: Strong ability to motivate, coach, and lead teams, solving problems proactively.
- Data-Driven: Experience using data and frameworks like OKRs to guide recruitment decisions.
- System Design: Experience designing recruitment processes and systems (ATS), with a focus on automation.
- Relationship-Building: Excellent skills in influencing and collaborating with stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Diversity: Commitment to building diverse teams and recruiting across major global continents.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
