Luxevo is looking for a dynamic Dispatcher & Operation Officer to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations across our zones in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, London, and any future operational locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a readiness to provide 24/7 operational support for emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and confirm bookings across Luxevo’s operational zones.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, operators, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide timely responses and solutions for operational emergencies, available on call 24/7.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and operations.
- Support in developing operational protocols for new zones.
What We Need From You:
- Proven experience in operations or dispatching, preferably in the hospitality or transportation industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly.
