Job Title: Quality Assurance Developer

About the Role:
The Only Agency is looking for a skilled QA Developer to join their dynamic team. As a QA Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, identifying and resolving software and website defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and website solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to maintain product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy:
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Define and implement automated and manual testing processes.
Automation and Manual Testing:
- Create and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Execute manual tests for functionalities that are not automated.
Bug Tracking and Resolution:
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to diagnose and resolve defects promptly.
Performance and Security Testing:
- Conduct performance, stress, and scalability tests to ensure system reliability under varying conditions.
- Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and project goals.
- Provide detailed test results, defect reports, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in software testing and QA processes.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and ability to test using tools like Postman.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Scrum Tester) are a plus.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in QA or software development.

تخطيط وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات:
- تطوير خطط اختبار مفصلة، وحالات اختبار، ونصوص اختبار بناءً على متطلبات البرمجيات والمواصفات التقنية.
- تعريف وتنفيذ عمليات الاختبار الآلي واليدوي.
الاختبارات الآلية واليدوية:
- إنشاء وصيانة أطر الاختبار الآلي والنصوص.
- تنفيذ اختبارات يدوية للوظائف التي لم يتم أتمتتها.
تتبع العيوب وحلها:
- تحديد وتوثيق وتتبع العيوب البرمجية باستخدام أدوات تتبع العيوب.
- التعاون مع المطورين لتشخيص وحل العيوب بسرعة.
اختبار الأداء والأمان:
- إجراء اختبارات الأداء والإجهاد والقابلية للتوسع لضمان موثوقية النظام في ظل ظروف متغيرة.
- إجراء اختبارات الأمان لتحديد الثغرات وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية.
التعاون وإعداد التقارير:
- العمل عن كثب مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لفهم متطلبات العمل وأهداف المشاريع.
- تقديم نتائج الاختبار وتقارير العيوب والتحديثات المتعلقة بالتقدم لأصحاب المصلحة.
المتطلبات:
المهارات التقنية:
- خبرة مثبتة في اختبار البرمجيات وعمليات ضمان الجودة.
- إجادة لغات البرمجة/البرمجة النصية مثل Python وJava وJavaScript.
- خبرة مع أدوات أتمتة الاختبار مثل Selenium وCypress وAppium.
- معرفة بأدوات اختبار الأداء مثل JMeter أو LoadRunner.
- خبرة عملية في خطوط التكامل المستمر/التسليم المستمر (CI/CD) وأنظمة التحكم في الإصدار (مثل Git وJenkins).
- فهم لواجهات برمجة التطبيقات RESTful والقدرة على اختبارها باستخدام أدوات مثل Postman.
المهارات الشخصية:
- قدرات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة للتعاون بين الفرق.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئات سريعة التغير والأجايل.
المؤهلات التعليمية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات ذات صلة (مثل ISTQB، Certified Scrum Tester) هي ميزة إضافية.
الخبرة:
