Details

Company: Havelock One Interiors WLL

We are seeking a Setter Out/Joinery Drafts professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in joinery and shop-fitting. The role involves detailed shop drawings, material take-offs, and coordination with site and factory teams to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review project details as per the project kick-off received from the setting-out manager.
• Prepare the project drawings schedule and manage the shop drawings preparation and submittal process.
• Check materials allowed and incorporate all details into detailed shop drawings.
• Review project specifications and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify material requirements, samples, and raise RFIs for timely clarifications.
• Prepare quality shop drawings with high-level detailing based on joinery practices and site requirements.
• Source hardware accessories, optimize materials, and issue material requisitions to procurement.
• Coordinate with factory teams on cutting lists and site installation details.
• Perform site surveys or propose alternatives like oversizing when site access is restricted.
• Plan schedules and forecast cutting list issuance for manufacturing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in joinery setting out and shop drawings in a shop-fitting or joinery manufacturing company.
• Expertise in site surveys, material take-offs, shop drawings, and site working drawings.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, including timber, boards, laminates, metal, hardware, and acrylics.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Capability to produce 3D drawings is an added advantage.

• إعداد جدول الرسومات التنفيذية للمشروع وإدارة عملية إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية وتقديمها.
• التحقق من المواد المسموح بها ودمج جميع التفاصيل في الرسومات التفصيلية للمتجر.
• مراجعة مواصفات المشروع وحل التناقضات.
• تحديد متطلبات المواد والعينات، ورفع طلبات المعلومات للحصول على التوضيحات في الوقت المناسب.
• إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية عالية الجودة مع تفاصيل عالية المستوى بناءً على ممارسات النجارة ومتطلبات الموقع.
• تحديد ملحقات الأجهزة، وتحسين المواد، وإصدار طلبات المواد إلى المشتريات.
• التنسيق مع فرق المصنع بشأن قوائم القطع وتفاصيل التثبيت في الموقع.
• قم بإجراء مسوحات للموقع أو اقترح بدائل مثل تكبير الحجم عندما يكون الوصول إلى الموقع مقيدًا.
• إعداد جداول التخطيط وإصدار قائمة القطع المتوقعة للتصنيع.

الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إعداد الرسومات الفنية لأعمال النجارة في شركة تصنيع أعمال النجارة أو تجهيز المتاجر.
• الخبرة في مسوحات الموقع، وأخذ المواد، ورسومات المتجر، ورسومات العمل للموقع.
• معرفة قوية بمواد النجارة، بما في ذلك الأخشاب والألواح والصفائح والمعادن والأجهزة والأكريليك.
• الكفاءة في برامج أوتوديسك أوتوكاد ومايكروسوفت أوفيس .
• مهارات التواصل الممتازة والقدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات .
• إن القدرة على إنتاج رسومات ثلاثية الأبعاد تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
