About the Job
We are currently seeking a QC Supervisor for a leading construction firm based in KSA to join their team in Bahrain. The role offers an excellent salary package and the opportunity to work on major construction projects.
Salary: SAR 5,500 – SAR 10,000 + Benefits
Location: Bahrain
Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the quality control processes are in line with the company’s standards and regulations.
- Lead and supervise QC team members.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
- Perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance on-site.
What You'll Need
- Education: A University degree in Engineering (preferably Civil).
- Experience: At least 9 years of experience, including 7 years in QA & QC inspection, and a minimum of 3 years working on Aramco projects.
- Skills: Fluent in English, and an ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor training certificate.

نحن بصدد البحث عن مشرف مراقبة الجودة للانضمام إلى شركة إنشاءات رائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية للعمل في البحرين. توفر الوظيفة حزمة رواتب ممتازة وفرصة للعمل في مشاريع بناء ضخمة.
الراتب: من 5,500 إلى 10,000 ريال سعودي + المزايا
الموقع: البحرين
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على ضمان تطبيق عمليات مراقبة الجودة بما يتماشى مع المعايير واللوائح المعتمدة.
- قيادة والإشراف على فريق مراقبة الجودة.
- تنفيذ والحفاظ على نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9001:2015.
- إجراء التفتيشات والاختبارات لضمان الامتثال في الموقع.
ما تحتاجه
- التعليم: درجة جامعية في الهندسة (يفضل الهندسة المدنية).
- الخبرة: لا تقل عن 9 سنوات من الخبرة، تشمل 7 سنوات في فحص QA & QC، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع أرامكو.
- المهارات: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وشهادة تدريب ISO 9001:2015 كمدقق رئيسي لنظام إدارة الجودة.
