We are looking for an experienced Tailor and Sales Lady for our shop in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be skilled in tailoring and customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tailoring:
  • Take accurate measurements, alter, cut, and sew garments.
  • Coordinate with customers to advise them on fabric selection and alterations.
  • Press garments using a pressing machine.
• Clerical Duties:
  • Check and sort clothes for stains, damage, and special requests.
  • Communicate with customers regarding stains and damage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
  • Process customer payments efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tailor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle various clerical tasks.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الخياطة:
  • أخذ القياسات الدقيقة، تعديل، قص، وخياطة الملابس.
  • التنسيق مع العملاء لتقديم النصائح واختيار الأقمشة المناسبة.
  • كي الملابس باستخدام آلة الكي.
• المهام الكتابية:
  • فحص وفرز الملابس للتحقق من البقع والأضرار والطلبات الخاصة.
  • التواصل مع العملاء بشأن البقع والأضرار.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم المتجر.
  • معالجة المدفوعات للعملاء.
  • الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية واستفسارات العملاء.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة كخياطة.
• مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل.
• القدرة على أداء مهام كتابية متعددة.
• الدقة والتنظيم في العمل.
• القدرة على التعدد المهام والعمل في بيئة سريعة.
