Salesman Driver Job in Bahrain

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Salesman/Driver to join our team. This dual role involves both driving to deliver goods and engaging with customers to promote and sell our products.

Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

• Deliver products to customers on time and in good condition.
• Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently and ensure vehicle maintenance.

Sales Duties:

• Engage with customers during deliveries to promote and sell products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor inventory levels during deliveries and collect payments as needed.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities and upselling.

Reporting:

• Keep accurate records of deliveries, sales, and payments.
• Provide feedback to the sales and logistics teams about customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Valid Bahraini driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in sales and/or delivery driving (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and invoices.
• Familiarity with Bahrain’s road network.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

وظيفة سائق/بائع في البحرين

نحن نبحث عن شخص متحمس ومسؤول للعمل كـ سائق/بائع في فريقنا. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة أداء دور مزدوج يشمل القيادة لتوصيل البضائع والتفاعل مع العملاء للترويج وبيع منتجاتنا.

المسؤوليات:

المهام الخاصة بالقيادة:

• توصيل المنتجات للعملاء في الوقت المحدد وبحالة جيدة.
• تحميل وتفريغ البضائع من السيارة.
• تخطيط طرق التوصيل بكفاءة وضمان صيانة السيارة.

المهام الخاصة بالمبيعات:

• التفاعل مع العملاء أثناء التوصيل للترويج وبيع المنتجات.
• بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء لتشجيع التعامل المستمر.
• مراقبة مستويات المخزون أثناء التوصيل وجمع المدفوعات عند الحاجة.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال تحديد الفرص الجديدة وبيع المنتجات الإضافية.

التقارير:

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للتوصيل والمبيعات والمدفوعات.
• تقديم ملاحظات لفرق المبيعات واللوجستيات حول احتياجات العملاء واتجاهات السوق.

المؤهلات:

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية مع سجل قيادة نظيف.
• خبرة في المبيعات و/أو القيادة والتوصيل (يفضل).
• مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
• مهارات رياضية أساسية للتعامل مع المدفوعات والفواتير.
• إلمام بشبكة الطرق في البحرين.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة العربية ميزة إضافية).
