Responsibilities
• Prompt customer service and quality service.
• Regular shelf arrangement and replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service through up-selling, cross-selling, and alternative suggestions.
• Inform the Department Manager of unavailable or nonperforming products.
• Merchandize products based on sales trends and department manager recommendations.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products and services.
• Handle cash register and transactions effectively.

Requirements:
• Arabic speakers only.
• Preference for luxury retail background.
• Graduate or Diploma in business administration, sales, or related courses.
• At least 2 years of selling experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or brands.
• Excellent communication skills, strong selling skills, customer-oriented, confident, friendly, well-mannered.

المسؤوليات:
• خدمة العملاء الفورية وعالية الجودة.
• ترتيب الأرفف وتعبئتها بشكل منتظم.
• تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال البيع الإضافي، والبيع العابر، والاقتراحات البديلة.
• إعلام مدير القسم بالمنتجات الغير متوفرة أو التي لا تعمل بشكل جيد.
• عرض المنتجات بناءً على اتجاهات المبيعات وتوصيات مدير القسم.
• البيع الإضافي والبيع العابر للمنتجات والخدمات.
• التعامل مع جهاز الدفع والمعاملات بشكل فعال.
المتطلبات:
• المتحدثين باللغة العربية فقط.
• يفضل أصحاب الخبرة في مجال التجزئة الفاخرة.
• خريج أو حاصل على دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال، المبيعات، أو الدورات ذات الصلة.
• على الأقل سنتين من الخبرة في المبيعات في تجزئة عالية الجودة، أو في مجال الضيافة أو العلامات التجارية.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة، مهارات بيع قوية، تركز على العملاء، واثق، ودود، حسن السلوك.
