Location: Eastern Europe
Remuneration: €80,000 base salary + bonus. Anticipated OTE = €120,000 plus extensive benefits

We are recruiting for an Automotive General Manager for a dealer group in Eastern Europe and are seeking experienced Regional General Managers or General Managers from very large single-site operations. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a UK Automotive GM is essential for this role.

Role Overview:
The role will involve overseeing multiple businesses, with 4 franchises in total. The facilities include modern, purpose-built premises offering sales, service, and parts, with a total headcount of 200 employees. The group is currently expanding its showrooms and premises.

Time Split:

Requirements:
