Scope of Responsibilities
Quality Control - Site
- Review and approve site ITPs, QCPs, and ITRs based on corporate standards.
- Develop tag type matrix based on approved ITPs and ITRs.
- Coordinate closely with Completions to ensure correct ITRs are forecasted in PetroPCS.
- Work with site subcontractors to ensure timely inspection and testing on site.
- Liaise with the customer's representative on all quality matters.
- Coordinate all receipt inspections.
- Verify that site activities comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Participate in internal and external site audits.
- Coordinate all site inspections through QC inspectors.
- Ensure that all ITRs are prepared and submitted daily to Completions.
- Manage non-conformance reports and implement corrective actions.
- Complete site quality control instructions and remedial responses.
- Review customer specifications and provide relevant training to site QC inspectors.
- Monitor implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
- Complete and coordinate the approval of site QC technical submittals to the customer.
- Organize toolbox talks/training in coordination with subcontractors.
- Ensure that all technical documents related to site quality control are up to date.
- Supervise subcontractor QC personnel.
- Prepare daily surveillance reports, attend quality walkthroughs, and report issues needing a quality alert.
Quality Assurance: Site
- Assist in developing construction-specific quality-related procedures.
- Conduct inductions/training on project QMS for all project personnel and subcontractor teams.
- Organize and conduct internal audits, including audit planning, report coordination, and communication with the auditee.
- Ensure customer complaints are logged and addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain site action tracking, including non-conformances, corrective actions, and daily surveillance reports, while monitoring closure and effectiveness.
- Organize and record regular quality meetings with the client.
- Compile project QMS performance reports, including KPIs for project management reviews and corporate quality reviews.
- Organize and record Project QMS Review Meetings during construction and monitor closeout actions.
- Implement and report lessons learned to the Project LL coordinator.
- Assist Senior QA Engineer/Principal QA Engineer with other related duties as required.
- Ensure the availability of codes and standards libraries during the construction phase.

- الإشراف على موظفي مراقبة الجودة لدى مقاولي الباطن.
- إعداد تقارير المراقبة اليومية، حضور جولات الجودة، والإبلاغ عن القضايا التي تحتاج إلى إشعار تحذيري للجودة.
ضمان الجودة: الموقع
- المساعدة في تطوير إجراءات الجودة الخاصة بالبناء.
- إجراء تدريبات تعريفية على نظام إدارة الجودة للمشروع لجميع الموظفين والمقاولين.
- تنظيم وإجراء تدقيقات داخلية بما في ذلك إعداد خطة التدقيق، التنسيق مع المراجعين، وإعداد التقارير.
